Field Heading Description
CLONE ID This field contains the unique identifier of each protein as used in the original dataset
NN This field contains the Signal P Neural Network signal peptide prediction (Y/N)
HMM This field contains the Signal P Hidden Markov Model signal peptide prediction (Y/N)
SPSCAN This field contains the SPScan signal peptide prediction (Y/N/na); 'na' indicates that this method was not applied to the protein.
TMHMM This field contains the TMHMM transmembrane domain prediction
SVMTM This field contains the SVMtm transmembrane domain prediction
SOSUI This field contains the SOSUI transmembrane domain prediction. 'na' indicates that this method was not applied to the protein.
HMMTOP This field contains the HMMtop transmembrane domain prediction; 'na' indicates that this method was not applied to the protein.
MEMSAT This field contains the MEMSAT transmembrane domain prediction; 'na' indicates that this method was not applied to the protein.
FINAL CLASS PREDICTION This field contains the final class prediction based on consensus result of prediction methods. Classes are described in the paper
